FLR(M) or PBS dependent???

Hi Gurus

I am currently dependent of HS Entrepreneur (T1). My current visa is going to expire on Feb 2018. My husband has already switched from HS Entrepreneur (T1) to ILR (10 year route) last month. I have been told that the way to go forward is FLR(M). However, neither me nor my husband are meeting financial criteria (18600).

My question is, can i apply for PBS dependent. If not, what's the best option for me?

Unfortunately, you cannot apply as a PBS dependant anymore because 319C(b) fails.

If you don't have sufficient income nor savings, then you could probably apply for FLR(FP) as a partner with EX.1, following the successful registration of your child as a British citizen.
