Query about the second biometric letter time line

Please could you share any body's experience about when the second warning biometric letter normally applicant receives after first letter, Is that they issue second letter exactly after the 15 working day finishing day or few days later.
The reason I am asking they sent the letter not to the correspondence address and I missed that. I sent email and letter to amend that and I arranged redirection to my living address just in case but curious to know above query.

It comes later, after a gap; presumably somebody has to figure out that you didn't respond to the first letter.
