2 year or 5 year route

Could someone advise me? I am married to british citizen since 2006. I had a 2 year leave to remain due to marriage to british from 2006 to 2008. I had completed 2 year leave to remain in 2008. Then I left the country and periodically visited my family on visit visas with gaps in stay till 2014. Then I got 33 months leave to enter due to marriage to the same british citizen. My question is :
As I have completed 2 year leave to remain in 2008 can I apply in the end of my 33 months leave to enter for indefinite leave to remain or I need to apply again for 33 months leave to remain?

No as your immigration clock was set to zero when you were granted your current spouse visa.

Unfortunately you failed to apply for ILR at the end of your initial 2 year period in 2008.

You will have to submit a FLR(M) visa when you are close to completing 2.5 years and you will qualify for ILR at the end of the 5 year period.
Your next FLR(M) visa will be issued for a period of 30 months.

FLR(M) will require A1 level English (or A2 level if submitting after 1st May) and the payment of the NHS surcharge of £500 (in addition to the visa fee).
