Cos allocation

Hello, My t2 extension visa was rejected and i have applied for AR as it was bit of misunderstanding with the case worker and me the info provided. My company has only one cos limit. How long dose it take if company applied for another cos allocation. in worst situation can i use the same cos or can i amend it if i have to re-apply for visa.
