Hi Immigration Memebers.

I Applied for the ILR in 10 feb 2016 with wife's dependent visa
biometric done on march 16
and after that nothing except waiting for me .

I have applied after completing HSMP extension, and shown income from my company and another job in call center.
filled set (o) form and for my wife FLR (m),
paid all tax returns and re- submitted one amended tax return in five year returns.
I also got letter in august from hmrc about receiving the amended tax returns.

but still no reply from HOME OFFICE..

Now very trouble some . NO decision , no passports with us.
other side my wife is going through with health problems, and wishing to send wife india but can not go as we dont have passport.
Is anybody going through with same , or some one who applied in february and have same case like us. ?

or What should i do in that scenario?

DO you have any amendments ? These can cause delays.

Secondly, Pleas email, Call and send a next day delivery letter stating urgent. I know its very annoying but it is HO you are dealing with and thats how they operate unfortunately. Keep chasing them continously in the new year.

Alternately, relax, sit tight and wait it out.
