Looking for help

Post by DEMO » Wed Dec 14, 2016 2:37 pm

Hi All,

I am looking for help.

I came to the uk in 1st July 2007 and will be finishing my 10 yrs in 1st July - 2017 so in about 6 months time.

I am employed by a company and recently company's name been withdrawn from the sponsor list on HO site and employer called me that our name will be back soon. so I am in situation where if I spend few months then I'll be eligible for ILR so my question is :-

A) Is it possible to apply early for ILR. let's say if my company has given me notice that you have to look for another sponsor e.g within 60 days that means end of January/Feb which is 5 months sort to ILR.

B) Can I apply for student visa as I have studied MSc here so probably applying for Phd then apply for ILR next year.

What else can be done to get to the 6 months par.

Thanks,

I am not sure about sponsership and things.

But here are few answers.

You can apply for ILR only with in 28days on any route.
HO can question and refuse your visa for Student as there are many people doing it these days. Have you been student before ? If you were on student visa in the past, High likely your student visa gets rejected. hence, Please make a wise decision . Good luck

A) No, not 5 months early.

B) HO are attuned to vexatious and/or frivolous applications.
A student application after a history of working and so close to 10 years is likely to attract particular scrutiny and questions.

In tier 2 when your company license is revoke
you will receive a 60 days letter from Ukvi

Wait for that 60 days letter
Some time that you receive with in 2 week
If you lucky it will be late apply any flr application

Hope fully your time will complete and then vary application

Getting too creative with applications may backfire:
