Tier 2 General priority application from outside UK

Dear Gurus,

I am switching from Tier2 general partner to Tier 2 general and doing an application from India.

I have filled up the visa application form and want to do a priority application because of the limited time I am in India.
But I am just getting Standard application option when doing the payment for visa fees even after selecting the Appointment type as Priority visa.
Is it that I can't do a priority application for Tier 2 General visas outside UK?
