Financial Requirement for DLA holder

Hi Gurus,

My husband got ILR (10 year basis) last month and I am still on HS Tier (1) Entrepreneur dependent visa (valid until Feb 2018). I have

already applied for BC of my 3 y/o son (who is recently approved for DLA).

For tax year 2015-16, my husband's total income is £7200pa employment income £833 dividend (he is salaried director). As I mentioned, DLA

is approved less than a month ago and there is exemption of £18600 for DLA receivers, If not, how much income do I need to show based on

circumstances mentioned above. Should I wait for 6 months before applying or I can apply immediately?
