Refused Leave to remain

Post by sparkleen » Mon Jan 07, 2008 2:59 am

I recently been refused Leave to remain in the Country and the home office is asking me an my two children to leave the country immediately without any grounds for appeal. I have lived in the country for almost 8years now and holds a full time job and have been with my current employers for 5 year by March this year. I really need advise on what to do and a recommendation on what steps o take. cheers:?

What's your nationality?

Were you children born in the U.K.? How old are they?

Where is the father of your children?

On what basis did you arrive in the U.K.?

On what basis did you apply for leave to remain?

I am a Ghanaian, my children are 18 &11years old and they were both born in Ghana. their Father lives in th UK but I don't know his where about, I came to the UK to join him but we separated due to domestic violence where i risked loosing the children. I applied on the basis of a work permit dependant
