Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa ext - Partner not applying

Hi all

I am currently on Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa. I initially applied as a team however my team partner will not apply for extension with me as he is switching to a different category before extension is due. He is still my business partner though. Would there be any issue when I send my application for extension? I will be able to provide all the required documents to HO ( e.g. full 50k investment related documents, 2 x employees etc)
Sorry if this question has already been asked. Tried to search it but could not find it.

You will be awarded points based on investment and jobs, if you have done that then your partner cannt have any effect on your application.
