Permission to appeal in FTT

Hi first I would to say thanks to all give immigration advice on this form and sharing information with each other in regarding immigration.

I am new in this form. I would be very greatful someone please help me.
I applied indefinite ILR base on 10 year long residency in January 2015 and applied dependent visa extension of my wife and 3 children's with my application. Unfortunately my application was refused caused gap was in 10 residency and than my dependent my wife application was also refused but my children's refusal haven't received together.
Than my solicitor was appeal in court against me and my wife and children's refusal after couple of weeks later received letter from court said my children's appeal will not in process caused they do not have refusal from home office but me and my wife appeal application keep it and send us letter to pay the fee. After couple of weeks later I received my children's refusal as well from home office and my solicitor sent letter to court for appeal. After that we haven't received any fee letter for my children's appeal application.

Now problem is my appeal is refused and only received me and my wife refusal and my children's court said they do not have right of appeal because children's application were decided previous and were invalid application.

Me and my wife permission to appeal at FTT applying but I am very worry about my children's application what should we do? My all children's are under 18 years and my oldest son is 15 year. Could you please help me what to do? Thank you

Hi my solicitor has applied permission to appeal at FTT. Any body know please normally how long it's take to get back the reply on application from the court?

Hi all seniors
I am very upset and worry about my case. I would be greatful if anyone please answer of my question.
My solicitor has applied permission to appeal at FTT one week ago. Normally how long court take to reply the decision on application?. Actually my 10 years completing in august2017 and I am very worry how this 8 months time will pass legally.
