In Cat F or Cat G; started business for less than 12 months

Hi all,

If a person starts a new business and is self-employed or a director at a Ltd company for less than 12 months but manages to earn over the threshold required, can they become the sponsoring partner of spouse visa?

Hi all,

Is it a problem if sometimes the salary is paid a month late? e.g. August's salary is paid in September into bank account along with a payslip for August.
