AN form Declaration

Hello guys,

In the declaration section the point 7.5 where it says to confirm if spouse's passport photocopy has been provided, at the minute I am applying for myself? Do I need this leave blank?

7.7 says delete if not applicable , what that means? How do I delete it?

Leave blank.

Strike it out (draw a line through it).
