Urgent Help - Tier 2 General Extension

Hi I am working as a backend web developer on a permanent contract based and I got my tier 2 general visa till 08/04/2017 and my soc code was 2137.

Question 1:
In terms of renewing my visa, do my current company need to do RMLT again or is RMLT only needed if i'm getting another sponsor. I've tried to search online about the soc of 2137 but are not able to find them. It was there a year ago when i got my visa.

Question 2:
Anyone know if I need to change my soc code? If yes, what should I use? Will my current company need to do an RMLT if they are renewing it for me but with a different soc code?

Appreciate any help on this.

1. as long as your soc code doesnt change and u are getting sponsored again from the same company, i.e., extending your visa, no rlmt is needed.
2. i dont know what you are talking about. 2137 exist. see below for the list
