Hello,
Guys,
I have received IHS Refund today.
I can understand there are some other IHS Refund threads, but I could not find the right answer.
I meant to say what is the home office rule about IHS Refund.
Like if application is approved, HO will refund £200 otherwise £600
Or Home Office do not refund until Admin Review decision
So please could someone help me
Thansk

Hi,
@ kakayoyo
thanks
But we are not sure what does that mean of IHS Refund.
As Zimba who is one of the most knowledgeable person have mentioned in another thread that it could be anything
I did check in the evening
I waiting for Gurus reply and letter
Actually I did send Return special deleveriy Envelope with application.
I have tracking code for that envelope, as its not showing any status on royal mail website.
So It means that envelop has not been issued yet
Anyone got IHS Partial Refund who has got refusal
Thanks

Hi everybody,
i Received my IHS refund on tuesday 20th December but before that i had a query from HO and they asked additional documents, i posted the required documents and they received the documents on 19th and i got the refund on 20th, i am sure it got nothing to do with visa approval and its the process they refund most of the people in 90 days, i am not sure so if some senior member can explain this please

You're very lucky indeed. I got refused after 7 month without asking for any information. I even attended an interview after 4 month of application and they never mentioned a missing information. You got a kind and knowledgeable caseworker indeed. Looks like you'll get a positive decision soon if requirements are met.

WOW quite an achievement.
From the time of receiving the tier 1 visa to extension. What a battle it has been for you.
Stopped at airport for 12 hours and again for 9 hours to submitting additional documents. Quite a journey congrats once again.

To top it all NO INTERVIEW and lucky you they asked for the missing documents and did not refuse you on the bases of missing documents.
What business are you doing?
