Tier 2 ICT CoS-End-date vs Visa-end-date

Hi,

Looking for help with a couple of questions related to my Tier 2 ICT.

My Tier 2 ICT Visa (Long Term staff) is valid till 06 April 2017, however Work end date mentioned on my CoS is only till 06 March 2017.

1. Can I legally work till the end of the visa date? Or only till the CoS end date?

2. Is there any restriction on travelling out of UK and coming back close to the CoS or Visa expiry date and before filing of extension? Could there be any issues at immigration when returning to UK close to expiry date?

1. You can work until the visa end date.

2. Should not be a problem to re-enter the country as long as your visa is valid.
