Help with form pls

Compliment of the season to everyone in the house, I need your help please
I am due for extending my 3 years dlr but im confused on which form to use.
It was given to me due to me having a british child,and I believe the form to use is flr fp for parent
But the problem is there is no where to tick for 3 years option,only 2.5 years and 5 years route is on the form.
