Yes CASA he was first asking me my info and DOB/ address, which I provided correct. He was entering the info in to the hand held machine. Then He was trying to match the name with the address and I think he was unable to match because I am not registered to the home address for polling. So then I think he said to me that Pay today 35 pound and I will take your name from the machine. So I paid and then he printed a Receipt which he showed to me that its blank and he kept the receipt.Casa wrote:If it had been recorded the Inspector would have been required to issue you with something in writing, which he obviously hasn't done.
He told you that your details had been removed from the ticket machine, so how did he note your name and address?
