Are my referees good enough?

A quick question about my referees. In principle they match all requirements: I have a high standing professional, the other one is a BC > 25 yo, they have both known me for exactly 3 years etc etc.

We had very reqular contact in the first 2 years (work colleagues). However, in the past year we've only seen each other once every 3-5 months or so.

Is that going to cause issues?
