Right Visa for Holiday to Las Vegas?

Hi,

I have a Seychelles passport and have indefinite leave to remain in the UK.

My first question is I think i need to 'upgrade' to biometrics, for several reasons, but is that also necessary to get a Visa for USA? (the reason i ask is because the time it takes to apply for BRP will make it tight on time for the holiday)

When i have BRP, i assume ESTA isn't possible because I don't have a UK passport, but can you tell me which visa I need to apply for, and if there are any other challenges i might face?
