thai fiancee wants to visit me in ireland for 2 weeks

my fiancee wants join me in dublin for 2-3 weeks , she is thai national and we have been together 4 years.

she was in france on shengen 4 years ago and returned to thailand within the said time limit

what is minumum requirements we both need .

She needs to apply for Short Stay Visit (Family/Friends) visa.
