Salary Increase: Tier 2 Extension under the Same Company.

Hi Gurus,

My salary have just been increased to meet the required salary for the SOC code that I am applying for and I have been issued a COS with the right amount.

But the new Salary will be taking effect from January.

Here comes my question:

Can I apply for the renewal now or should I wait for the new salary to come into effect first?

I guess you will be fine once the new salary is confirmed in you COS.
