AN Form queries & required documents?

Hi,

Currently I’m on UK ILR (on Tier 1 General route) and planning to apply for UK Naturalisation in Jan 2017.
Could someone plz help me with the below questions from AN Form:

1.22 How do you intend to satisfy the requirement to have sufficient knowledge of language and life in the UK? See pages 12 to 16 in the accompanying Booklet AN
My Anwer: I met the knowledge of language and life requirement to qualify for settlement on or after 28th October 2013;
I have a Masters degree from Indian University (from NARIC list). Do I need to get any confirmation letter from NARIC?

My employment is combination of Perm & Contract roles (A Director my LTD company)
Till Oct’15 – Contractor
From Nov’15 - Nov’16 - I’m a Permanent employee (PAYE)
From Dec’16 - Contractor
1.45 What is your occupation? - Information Technology Consultant
1.46 Are you: A director
1.49 Address of tax office or tax office reference - Should this be my personal UTR number or my company's tax office reference number? – UTR Ref

1.49 Address of tax office or tax office reference - Should this be my personal UTR number or my company's tax office reference number? – UTR Ref (is it sufficient?)
Hope my above answers are correct?
Do I need to enclose any HMRC documents? ie. P60, P45, UTR submission proofs, self-assessments etc.


6.7 BRP enclosed? Yes (only attaching the copy & original I’m going retain it)
6.8 If the required BRP has already been returned to the Home Office, please give details of the reason it was sent to us : What should I answer this?
6.11 Do you want the Home Office to retain your BRP : Answer plz?
6.13 Date your fingerprints were taken: is this the date from my ILR application?
