Director appointment after 6 month..

Hello
We are on 200k route applying for extension in march 2017.
My team member become director of company after 6 month as she had to go through abortion on a second month in the country (NHS doc backing up) that took her long to recover as she was buying an existing business.
How do we change the date on Companies house or is this a genuine reason for HO to accept??

Needed to attend 2 weeks training as well licience to pass before takeover. Could not do that due to sickness which delayed the process.

Still confused as to relevance to T1 as buying a business doesn't qualify for points.

I am sure the experts can chime in better than me. I doubt she will get extension as registering as a director within 6 months is a clear unambiguous part of t1-ent (she could have registered in a director in another company or register as self employed)

Are you allowed to apply again for t1 Ent? I guess technically yes, but they will have a good look at why so would have to be strong reason and logic and also would have to have all the attributes (£200k to invest) again
