How long in country?
How long no status?
Work?

Reason/s for not relocating to your country?

Length of any relationship with mother?
Living with mother?

What is mother's status and activity?

Who has parental responsibilty for child?

Marry child's mom?

I was asylum seeker upon arrival but it was refused.
Mother works part time and claim social like family income supplement and child benifit.
I care for baby when she is work.
I also pay towars household and for baby.
I wanna relocate back home but her mother dont want go from here.
We are living together 1 and half year.
We cant marry each other because she was previously married and her divorce is in process will take like 1 year
I arrived in ireland January 2015.

How long has the mother been living in Ireland for prior to the birth of the child. If she has been residing for 3 years, then the child will be an Irish Citizen as well and Latvian. You may then be able to claim for stamp 4.

Alternatively you could apply for residence cards as a Durable partner. Given the circumstances of your case, I think a residence card application should work.

Thank you.
Whats the difference between stamp 4 and residence cards?
And she was just short 3 months from 3 years.
