HELLO ANY BODY KNOWS ABOUT THE RECENT JUDGEMENT DELIVERED BY THE HIGH COURT. THE STUDENT WHO ARRIVED IN IRELAND BEFORE 2011 AS A STUDENT FROM NON EU COUNTRY WILL BE GRANTED CHANGE OF STATUS APPLICATION TO STAMP 4 . THANKS
