What I understand - I Switched from Tier 2 ICT(Est Staff) to Tier 2 General on 2013 May and May 2018 with 5 years T2 G time I can apply for ILR

Page 60 Point 253.If you initially applied for Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) on or after 6 April 2010 you
cannot qualify for settlement.

Contradict to -

Page 59 Point 251.Your most recent grant of leave must have been under Tier 2. The continuous 5 years can include leave you previously held as a:
-> Tier 2 (General) Migrant

and

255.If your initial application was approved more than 5 years ago, we will only consider the most recent 5 years.

I am confused - How earlier T2(ICT) can affect T2(G) 5 years ILR settlement.
Is it Drafting error or something else.

Can anyone Help Please.

Your first quote means that you will not qualify for settlement under Tier 2 ICT. If you have switched to Tier 2 General you are no longer ICT!! Once the Tier 2 ICT -> Tier 2 General switch is made (if you are allowed) the Tier 2 ICT is totally disregarded unless applying under long residence.
