Normally, FLR(M), if she hasn't completed her qualifying period for SET(M). What category were you in before ILR?

I was in Tier 1 category before ILR.
My wife has not completed 5 years yet to qualify for Settlement.

my wife currently on Spouse/CP visa as i mentioned before.
so should my wife apply for FLR(M) (or) TIER1 dep?

could you please clarify?

Thanks..

If she does not have leave as a PBS dependant, then it's FLR(M).

I believe that's correct as she is currently on Spouse/CP visa.
Many Thanks Vinny for quick response..

In addition to the visa fee your wife will also have to pay the NHS surcharge of £500
(Casa, not CR001)
