referees' address in AN form - must be home address?

Post by alextw » Tue Jan 03, 2017 6:32 pm

Apologies if this has been asked before (I couldn't find an answer myself).

In Section 5, the referees are asked to fill in their address. Can they fill in their work address (it's a respectable institution) or must they fill in their home address?

There is a note underneath the box saying that if the referee has been at that address for less than 3 years then they should continue on page 22. It kind of hints that it should be a home address, but it's unclear and the AN Guide doesn't specify.

Many thanks in advance

Professional or work address is acceptable for a professional.
And personal details (eg passport #) may be kept back as "details available on request".
