Extending Tier 4

Hi!

I have been living in the UK with a Tier 4 visa for the last three years with my husband on the tier 4 dependant visa. Our visas expire on January 15th and we were originally planning to leave by then. But I have just had a baby and am unable to travel by that date due to health issues after delivery. Does anyone know if there is a possibility to apply for an extension at least for a short while until I am fit to travel with my baby? If so, what category would you apply under?

Not an extension under Tier 4. You should probably speak to a qualified legal practioner about your options.
