Should i write this letter to British high Comm.,

Post by vishalsunr » Wed Jan 09, 2008 10:56 am

Dear Senior and other member...

please reply...

whether i should write this letter... to BDHC, Mumbai..

To,
Case Worker,
British Deputy High Commission,
Mumbai.

Respected Sir,

I have applied for entry clearance from Ahmedabad VFS on 20th December, 2007 vide reference No. xxxxxxxx.

My Passport No. is xxxxxxxxxx

My employer, i.e. M/s. xxxxxxxx., have received a verification call from integrascreen and they have already replied as per their resuest.

Then after three days again our H.R. Manager received a call from integrascreen that they are not able to verify the address of the company and asked the exact address along with any the land mark located nearby. On the same day my office has replied to integrascreen regarding the same.

I came to know that integrascreen in has inquired about the company to some of the neighbors residing in the same locality, there are some possibility that some of them may have not replied properly. So I request that merely asking some of the neighbors regarding the company, result of the entry clearance application should not be decided. I request Hon. High commission to kindly go through other documents provided along with the application and then only should arrive to some decision.

Please kindly consider this matter urgently and do needful.
Om Reem Shree PadamPrabhu Jinendrai Namah

Buddy...you can mail this letter IF BHC declines your EC stating that it wasnt able to verify the address of your employer. Who knows...your integra might have well gone fine...so just wait till your case is decided...and chill out!!! ;)

Vishal,

If I were you I would just sit tight and wait for the EC decision.

As far as I know Integra verification needs to be done INDEPENDENTLY. Meaning: "The candidate should not be involved in any step of the verification process".

In case you express your knowledge of events before the decision, BHC may take it as an "Intervention from the Candidate". This may jeopardise the chances of decision in your favour.

As of now just keep your fingers crossed and wait for the result. In the "very unlikely" event of a negative decision you may write this mail as a part of your appeal request.

Finally about the time running out by Jan 13th, I think its a calculated risk that you decided to take when apply from EC much later than your approval date. Nevertheless you decision is not out yet. Just don't loose nerves, keep yourself busy with other things in life. I have a feeling that things will work out your way in the end.

all the best!

The deadline is only for ur first application. Appeal can be done even after the cutoff date.

Hmm..I am sure some housewife wouldnt know existance of a compnay in your neighbourood :)..This is crazy really..But as mentioned by fellow board members, you cannot do any thing abt. it..Sit tight and wait for result...If you get result in negative, make sure that u appoint a lawyer ,get statement from your neighbours and sc**** Integra..I think BHC is unaware of such malpractises, some one needs to tell them the facts about Integra..
