In my DCPR (EEA) application, I wrote a bit wrong the name of one company I worked for (not a spelling mistake, but something like "CompanyA / CompanyB")*.
What's the best way to mention the correct name in the AN form and explain the error / inconsistency? Historically, can this lead to a refusal on the grounds of deception? Because I am not gaining absolutely anything from the error. I still wrote the period I worked there correctly, I still wrote the address correctly, I still paid taxes correctly, I still had a valid work permit, but the name of the company was a bit wrong.
*Long story short, I actually worked for CompanyB, but we shared the same office and most projects with CompanyA, which were actually the ones I interviewed with, but ended up at CompanyB. I think HMRC records only mention CompanyB, so for all intents and purposes, I worked for CompanyB, but in my application I said worked CompanyA / CompanyB. I actually did not remember 100% if it was only CompanyB, so like an idiot I wrote "CompanyA / CompanyB".
