entrepreneur team/ funds showed by only one member

Hi there,

got visa as entrepreneur team member , we showed 50k funds in joint accounts at time of visa applied .. Question is that one member transferred 50k from his personal account to their joint business account ,, Second member did not transfer anything from his personal account to joint business account ..

2 full time jobs has been created ...

now we both are going to extension again its going make any negative impact on both of us specially second member ... please advice me

Why did the transfer did not happen from the joint personal account to business then ???

because bank has unknown security issue , they are not happy to keep our personal joint account ...

Then you better have the DL and company accounts under both of your names.

thanks for your reply .. it make sense by doing both name on DL .. it covers up 50k investments from both persons ????

still remain to submit that's we can submit by both names ???

The money is expected to be available to both of you and invested under both of your names. Both of your names MUST appear opposite of the 50K in the account as well as on the DL agreement. Given that you can share the investment money, the bank transfer from one party might be overlooked by HO
