Tier 2 English Language Requirements

Hi

I was on Tier 2 dependant visa previously in UK, my degree is from Non-EU country. Do i need a NARIC letter to claim 10 points under english language requirements or do i need a letter from NARIC to claim 10 points? Thanks in advance for the reply.
