PR for ex-Student, now worker

So here is my Story

I'm from Poland

1. Parents moved here in 2004, registered with home office, paid and are still paying taxes, NI and so on
2. I moved to the UK at the age of 15 in 2005
3. Studied from 2005 to 2015 (GCSEs, Alevels, Medicine Degree)
4. I have done silly little jobs, mainly part time and freelance, but I earned perhaps £600 from those jobs so tbf hardly qualify as a part time lol
5. I only have EHIC issues by UK, no other private health insurance
6. Started working for the NHS in August 2015.

Question: is there any point for me applying to for PR? I have been here for 11 years now, but because I have not had comprehensive healthcare insurance does that mean I cannot be granted PR?

My brother is a neutralised British citizens (has been for a year now) and my sister has PR (for about a year, too!), but I am not depended on them at all.

What can I do? Please help!

You probably acquired PR in 2010 as a dependent family member on basis of sponsoship by whichever parent has best record of being a qualified person in UK.
You were (I think) still under age 21 by 2010 so no need to prove financial dependency on parent - just prove relationship to them.

As you are applying as a dependent no CSI required - your activity in UK is in fact immaterial (as long as all legal).

Collate your and sponsor/parent's evidences. Rock-solid evidence.
Fill out PR form in a dry run.
See how it shapes up.

And if you have ambitions for citizenship no need to wait 12 months before applying, once you have DCPR in the bag, if it indeed confirms your status dating from, say 2010.

Yes, I was 20 in 2010, so I guess I have granted PR automatically by the end of 5 year period!
