hi
one of my employee left in nov 2016 .hi payslip was produced and taxes,NI paid. but i paid him NET PAy in cash instead of BAC.

is there any problem or its ok? "any contribution is not irrelevant" Thank you

Yes, you can pay cash as long as such pay was declared to HMRC and proper taxes were paid
