Activity in the uk- Online PR card Application

Hi,

I am filling the online application of EEA PR card. Could you please tell me what i need to write in the section which says 'please provide details of your activity in the UK'. Do i just need to tell them when i came to UK and what i am doing right now? Please tell what exactly information i need to provide in this section?

Thanks for your reply. Can you please elaborate what exactly does treaty rights mean? Do i need to put the date i came in the UK as an Italian citizen or something else.
