Dear guys,

Here is my background of my visa. Tire 1 ENT approved 2012 Jan. extension approved 2015 Jan.Now i am going to apply ILR. the job creation under the transitional arrangement.
During application for extension, i claim 3 jobs creation under two companies. after successful get extension approved, i closed down one of the company B. the employees were leaving as well due to company business adjustment. Now Company A employed two people under two job title. one of the employee was previous employee during the initial period. Am i qualified for job creations based on the rule regarding ILR application?

what caused me confuse is that a business will only be considered to be a “new” business for the purposes of Tables 5 and 6 if it was established no earlier than 12 months before the start of a period throughout which the applicant has had continuous leave as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Migrant, and which includes the applicant’s last grant of leave. (For these purposes continuous leave will not be considered to have been broken if any of the circumstances set out in paragraphs 245AAA(a)(i) to (iii) of these Rules apply.) welcome zombi or other senior members to explain that. thank you

2. Very confusing u talk of job creation and break of continuity two completely separate issues
3. If u are asking help of someone try to spell name reasonably correct. Zimba88 may be a zombi(e) but i don't know for sure as U have never met him.

If you had total of 24 months of employment during your extension period then you are fine, even if one of them was your employee from initial period.

i am sorry to type the wrong name previously :D , so i just put the date which they start working for job creation, right? sea sky, thanks for your advice.

satr/end date is the start and end of the period you are claiming points for not necessarily the actual start/end of the employments

thanks for your reply. i mean in the application form, the job create date which mean the date of employee start working date during extension period. right?

That is the date the position started to exist, or the date the very first employee started work in that position
