Tier 2 Extension Architect Salary confusion

Post by ghjkl » Sun Jan 08, 2017 12:34 pm

I am looking to renew my Tier 2 General visa that was initially issued for three years. I am currently part 3 new registered architect. According to the salary rates stated in HO document. Am I be considered as the Part 3 graduate/ newly registered architect or the Experienced worker? I applied my initial Tier 2 visa under Part 2 graduate and now it is the second 3 years visa I am applying. Anyone could help please? Thank you very much!

Salary rates for architect:
 Part 1 graduate £21,000
 Part 2 graduate £23,100
 Part 3 graduate/ newly registered architect £27,300
 Experienced worker £31,400
