T1 Ent 200K extension Sameday

I have three questions.

1) Can we apply for t1 ent 200K extension on same day
2) Can we use expired ielts (used at the time of original application) as English proof, or should I take a new one
3) How much maintenance funds should we have

Simply read the policy guidance.
There is no same day for extension though.
