Traveling to Northern Ireland on tier 2

Post by underfire222 » Mon Jan 09, 2017 11:07 pm

Hi everyone,

My apologises if this is a repeat question.

I just want to make sure. I'm currently work in England under a UK tier 2 visa. Can I visit belfast (northern ireland) with my Tier 2 visa, or will I need a separate visa? Please note I only want to visit Belfast which is in northern Ireland.

Many Thanks

Your visa allows you to travel anywhere in the U.K. Including Northern Ireland.

No Immigration control between England or Scotland and Northern Ireland. Just an ID check, if at all.
