Doubt regarding Degree certificate

Hi just confused about the required documents for Qualification.
Original academic certificate: Clear!
Original academic reference: Letter of comparability from NARIC
Original academic transcript: ??????(What is it?)

And I am a B.E degree holder. So do not have to complete "Evidence of professional/vocational qualifications " right?

HI got it. Its the marklist- Still wonder if they need marklists from all the semesters or just the final mark sheet.
