What about the police intervention you've mentioned? This should be on record.missyrable wrote:hello casa
thank you so much for replying to my query.
I have read of that visa under domestic abuse.
the only evidence i got is his text messages humilating me and horrible text messages and letter from women's aid telling that i seek advice from them and i got score 12 from CAADA if im not mistaken. as there's no physical abuse happened but he mentally tortured me and until now im still scared of him eventhough his not around me. and the other factor is i only live with him for a month because i got the job far from where he lives..
would that affect my application to be refused? I dont know how really strong my evidence is..
and about point based i have no idea about it.. i only finish high school in the philippines and i work here as a care assistant but i have no NVQ qualifications but i worked nore than 2 years now with that carehome .will my company be able to issue me wirk permit?
thank you so much again in advance..
Thank you so much for your patience and kind reply. I will be preparing now all my documents for the visa application but i might be needing your help filling up my application..Casa wrote:Submitting the police report to the Home Office won't result in 'trouble' for your husband. You should also submit any evidence of advice you've been given by the Women's Aid.
I can't say that a SET(DV) application will succeed but you will need to consider your options as it appears you currently have no grounds on which to extend your current visa.
