Compelling and compassionate reason ILR

I am currently applying for indefinite leave to remain and I have travelled over 540 days outside of the UK. I am writing to check if my circumstances can be considered 'compelling and compassionate'.

During my transition between MSc to Phd, I had been diagnosed with a pre-cancer conditions (I was 24 at the time of diagnosis and I was too young to be diagnosed with this condition). Although I wanted to return back to the UK immediately after my short break at home, immediate surgery was advised from my doctor with 5-6 weeks of temporary ban on travel. (I was unfit to travel anyways)

Would you think I can raise a good case for a compelling and compassionate circumstance?

6 weeks is only 42 days + whatever time you spent on your 'short break' before the doctor advised you not to travel.

What was the reason for your absence in the 400+ days spent outside of the UK?

Sorry for the confusion!

I am over 78 days from my 540 days allowance (Total: 618 days).

It took 81 days from the point of diagnosis until I was cleared to travel.

I travelled back in my country 3 times (approx 10 days each time) for a recommended cancer follow up since 2014-2016 to confirm that I was all cleared.

I have everything to support my condition - I was wondering if you have seen similar cases and if you think it appears to be a good enough 'compelling and compassionate reasons'

The question may be raised as to why your treatment was only available in your home country and were unable to obtain treatment in the UK under the NHS.
