When to Apply for PR

Hello Everyone,
I am EEA came to UK on1st March 2012 started working from 20th may 2012 just wanna know when can i apply for PR on 1st march 2017 or 20th May 2017.

No absence just had holidays with family in 2015 for 5 weeks that to 4 weeks paid and 1 week unpaid and again 2016 4 weeks paid
Yes working from last 5 years with no gap with same company
