My wife's and step daughters visa refusal

Post by letsavit » Wed Jan 11, 2017 5:19 am

On the basis I did not provide a sponsorship form or proof i met the financial requirements, both of which I supplied with the application.

Email to my MP, the treasury and the home office below.... first experience of immigration as a born British citizen and its shocking.

" My wife and her daughter has just received "refusal of entry clearance" as the attached. All my application documents are in Ukraine but can provide scanned copies in due course. i did provide the following with the application;

My last two years of PAYE i requested from HMRC tax office while working for my own company, which was double the minimum financial requirements. i also provided my National insurance no. which if simply checked will show all previous years and my earnings to date this year, £34,823.72, once again over the minimum requirements. So i cannot understand why this was one reason to refuse?

It also appears we was also refused because of my sponsorship. I wrote a personal sponsorship letter which clearly stated i will take responsibility, provide a home and support both my wife and daughter in law, provided details of my house, mortgage, council tax bills, utiliy bills etc. I also completed and signed form SU07 when requested while filling out the application online. No other forms was requested so once again i am confused to why this is another factor for "refusal" Once again now in this email i confirm i will take full responsibility.

If there are any more details i need to provide i am more than happy to do so but this have never been requested after paying a total of 6,433.00 euros, every call i have made to the "helpline" i just get an answer "its all on the website". i have read and read again, tried my up-most to fill the application form out to my best ability. If these documents was lost i am happy to provide.

i have paid my taxes my whole life and I feel demoralised with the whole situation and the country i was once proud to live in, now all our future plans have been taken away from us, my wife and my step daughter are very upset and i feel exhausted with whole procedure. I cannot help who i fall in love with and feel its against my human rights not to share my life with my wife and family, whom I can and will fully support.

If you were PAYE did you submit payslips + the corresponding bank statements?

Can you post the refusal notice, excluding any personal details?
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
