Entrepreneur Team Extension 50K Route in April..

Hi All,
I am glad to Join in our Forum. We applier as Entrepreneur Team in 2012 October. We Received a Rejection then we went for an appeal in 2013 December. Finally we won the Appeal and my Partner got Visa in 2014 April. I got my visa in 2014 August. When we were trying to open the Bank account in 2014 After my visa approved it was very complicated because my Credit Score. So Bank advised me to Step down from director for one day and Open the account and Join back. We did the same September 2014 we open the account and next day I joined as Director.
Questions:
1.Is there any problem if about my Director Registration in Extension Period.
2.Our company is Paying VAT and Corporation Tax and 3 Employees since 2015 April.
3.we are showing Turn over min100 k per year.
4. Will they refuse my Application Because of Directorship ?
5. Do i need to apply the time of April with my partner or in August when my visa expires?
6.My company was Dormant and Dissolved when we were waiting for visa 2012 to 2014 June.

If you registered within 6 month of getting the visa you are fine.
Your application is separate so you can apply separately, you simply can share investment and job creation evidence with your partner.
