VAF1B Family Visitor Visa Questions?

Hi,
can somebody help me out with this question.
my father is going to visit me in the UK. He is a businessman and he has a business bank account, this question in the form really bugging me;
Do you have savings, properties or other income, for example from stocks and shares?
My father doesn't have any saving account, what he has is a balance in his account after all expenses of living and business at the end of each month, which obviously this balance is without income and interest
shall we answer yes to this question and put the income zero?
and lastly, does this saving which mentioned in the application means the money that is available in his account for his trip to the UK or is the saving which only has an income?
