Just want to share my tier 1 extension team application timeline process
Applied : 18/10/2016
Biometrics given : 28/10/2016
My partner got IHS refund : 18/12/2016
I am still waiting for my IHS refund.
Approval Letter Dated : 05/01/2016
Received Approval Letter by Post : 09/01/2016
Our application is straight forward as we already invested 50k in initial application itself,so we just submitted our employee documents mainly.
We are bit worried with the timeline as our initial application approved in 3 weeks , we expected our extension application will also go with similar timeline.
After 9 weeks nearly before Christmas we contacted our local mp to trace our application,they responded very quickly in next one hour and updated our visa was granted and they are in the post already.However, this didn't happened and we didn't receive any posts.
Finally,we called our local mp again for the tracking number of our post nearly after one hour they mentioned our approval letter not yet sent because of some delays in approval letter wording format issues and some final checks probably we may get post in next two weeks (this was on 04/01/2016.)
In my view, there are some delays going on with the application time length, so be patient everything will be good.
I wish you all the best for all the guys who are applying for tier 1 entrepreneur .

Certified Accountant Letter confirmation about the created two full time Jobs with pay rate and hours
Employee Passport and BRP cards copies
Applicant is/was a director of each business for the period; -Current Appointment Report(Already provided in the previous Section)
Fast Payment Submission (FPS) (with Employee Start, Leave Dates and payee) signed by both directors
Real Time Information Submission Logs

Payslips for the total Period of Each Employee
Personal bank statements(Maintenance for 90 days)

Professional indemnity insurance.
Letter from our bank confirming that we have a business account and trading actively. Also confirming the signatories of the account
Office Lease Agreement signed by both Parties
Website printouts
Confirmation of ownership of the domain name of the above website
Additional supporting documents:
VAT certificate
Employer PAYE Reference number from HMRC
Certificate of Incorporation (COI)
Business Cards
