Length of leave is too long?

Hi everyone,

I recently picked up my BRP for the first time after arriving in the UK on a Tier 2 visa. I applied for a 3-year visa, but my BRP is valid from December 2016 to November 2020. This is just under four years. Is this a mistake I should report?
